Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Carrier We ship all international orders via Flickpost, an International cross-border logistic provider. Flickpost handles international air transit and custom clearance. Upon arrival in your destination country, your parcel will be handed over to your National Postal Service or Local Courier (Such as USPS in United States, Australia Post in Australia, Royal Mail in United Kingdom or Canada Post in Canada) for final door to door delivery.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
